We are pleased to announce that we have successfully upgraded the P260 Spray Dryer installed at ASEAN Powder Technical Center (PTC ASEAN) by incorporating a process gas dehumidification system, a cooling mechanism, and a powder pneumatic conveying line, thereby establishing a dual-function spray dryer / spray cooler system.

This system enables both spray drying and spray cooling operations within a single unit. For spray drying applications, the process gas dehumidification system and powder pneumatic conveying line improve drying efficiency while enhancing powder quality for highly hygroscopic and deliquescent products. In addition, we will commence offering trials and contract processing services using our spray cooling technology for customers in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other neighboring countries for palm oil industry.

Through this system, we remain committed to providing greater added value to our customers’ R&D and mass-production activities.
