Turning Spray Dryer

This is a turning spray dryer of which the ceiling part can be turned around. Normally, workers need to enter the internal of the dryer body for cleaning. With this product, by electrically turning around the dryer body by 90 degree, it can be cleaned without entering inside. Therefore, the cleaning process is compressed and its cramped posture is eliminated. This product has realized the reduction of time of cleaning and the improvement of working environment. This is the device developed for improving the complexity of daily dry cleaning, and it is receiving high evaluation from customers who frequently clean the inside of the dryer used for research and development or high-mix low-volume production.

Characteristic

  • This product is desirable for high-mix low-volume production (mainly ceramics and metallic powder), high-purity materials, and product that are extremely vulnerable to contamination (mainly medical products, foods). In addition, it can accommodate GMP.
  • Reduction of cleaning time and improvement of operation environment are expected because of easy-cleaning.
  • A device operable with both water solvent and organic solvent can be fabricated.
  • A two-fluid nozzle unit for producing fine powder can be installed.
  • Considering the visibility of atomizing condition confirmation of the spray, a large inspection window will be provided.
  • For products that are vulnerable to heat, the method of releasing hot air can be changed so that it is released from the exterior.
