We have an experimental facility for spray dryers on Powder Technical Center in Kawasaki, and by utilizing our longtime experience and know-how of spray dryers, we undertake customer's sampling tests and entrusted processing. We provide advices on the flow property, high-density, and residual water required for powder formation and measure the grain size distribution of the sample after drying granulation, flow property of granule, and residual water as requested. If you are considering research and development or installation of spray dryer facility, or if you have any problem with other drying granulation production, please try our sampling test and entrusted processing.
A wide variety of products are acceptable, and the amount of a sample can be several kilograms to several tons of formulated solution and the particle size of the product can be several μm to several hundred μm. In addition, we undertake entrusted processing after mutually consulting processing amount etc.
