This is the laboratory series of small spray dryer desirable for research and development or small lot production. From the list of the series, we select the device having the specification suitable for each customer, improve it, and deliver the device that produces satisfactory fine particles.



- An air blower and air discharger are provided as standard equipment, and with the specification in which the classification efficiency by the cyclone can be adjusted, this product is small but can be scaled up to a pilot facility or production facility.
- A device operable with both water solvent and organic solvent can be fabricated.
- A two-fluid nozzle unit for producing fine powder can be installed.
- Considering the visibility of atomizing condition confirmation of the spray, an inspection window will be provided.
- In order to facilitate easy-cleaning of the body, a large inspection opening is designed.
- For products that are vulnerable to heat, the method of releasing hot air can be changed so that it is released from the exterior.
- Considering the granulation of high-purity product, HEPA filter having heat resistance of 500゜C (trapping efficiency of 0.3μm/99.97%) can be installed.
