※The water evaporation amount and concentrated solution processing amount are the calculated values where the temperature of hot air is 220゜C and the temperature of discharged air is 100゜C.

Characteristic

  • We realize the high-level of recovery efficiency utilizing our accumulated experiences and provide design/fabrication with small raw material loss.
  • We have human resources and technology systems that are able to support of controls and factory automation of the device.
  • By heat-exchanging and reusing the exhaust gas (about 100゜C) from the dryer, we realized energy-saving and design/fabricate earth-friendly devices.
  • By installing a heat discharge circulation device etc., we provide design/fabrication in which energy-saving measures are incorporated.
  • For customers who need large particles, we design/fabricate devices with single-fluid pressure nozzle.
  • We provide a device exclusively used for fusion cooling or a device that can be used also as a spray dryer.
  • A device operable with both water solvent and organic solvent can be fabricated.
  • For high-purity products, HEPA filter having heat resistance of 500゜C (trapping efficiency of 0.3μm/99.97%) can be installed as an option.
