Spray dryer is a device that enables to immediately create dried product in a granule or powder form from liquid. Concentrated liquid is atomized by the nozzle within the dryer body (spray type) or the high-speed rotating disk (centrifugal type), and while increasing the surface area of each unit volume and blowing hot air consecutively, it is dried instantly and converted into a powder form.
